Flying low, again!

I just finished a 9.742km running that lasted about 0hh:50mm:53ss !

Simply spectacular!
Today has been one of those few days of the year when you really feel strong.
Although the weather has been cooler lately, today at noon it was hotter than expected, around 24 degrees, so I was not expecting an excellent performance during training.
However, my surprise was, when starting the first repetition of 500m, the sensations were super good. In fact, we wanted to start at a high pace but not too much, 3'50"/km and the result was 3'45"/km at the end of the first repetition.

From here, we have started doing the repetitions a slightly faster each time, 3'45"/km, 3'42"/km, 3'40"/km, 3'38"/ km etc ... until we reach the last and tenth repetition.
The timer marked 1'37 "at the end of the 500m, run on clay not on the track... which means that we have done the tenth at an average pace of 3'16"/km... although there have been moments, in the last tens of meters of each repetition, where we have accelerated below 3'/km.

In summary, 10 repetitions of 500m that have left me a very good feelings and that indicate that the training plan is working perfectly!
