Catching the Sun

I just finished a 5.057km running that lasted about 0hh:30mm:34ss !

The days are getting shorter. Today we have reached our balcony towards the horizon just before sunrise. I feel that it is fantastic how the same place changes color and light every day. There is not a single day the same.
On the other hand, the run went well, short and intense as always when we went up the hill. Just 30 minutes of intensity that prepare us to face another day at the office.
