Got the old man to go through his cards with me!
Tonight was awesome. I loved going through these cards that I used to admire when I was a kid and my dad would pull out his collection. We are sending a bunch in to get graded this week.
It took hours to sort this all out. We probably still have another 10 hours of sorting.
Here are some cool cards we have found already. Below is the complete 1977, 1978 and 1979 Topps basketball sets. We were actually able to put together 3 of the 78 Topps sets. I had to order 1 extra Moses Malone to finish off the 3rd set. Cost me about $8.
Anyone know what they called George Gervin?? Let me know on the comments. I’ll upvote the comment that gets it first 100%. Don’t cheat!! Ha

Too bad Bill Walton was hurt a bunch. I think he would have had some pretty good records if he hadn’t been.

I still have my card collection at my parents for old baseball cards. I did end up taking my X men card collection, got some really good ones in there. I will have to find it one of these days, it’s around the closets somewhere. Would be nice to see how much some of them are worth.
Sweet. Cards are going up right now. I don’t know much about X-men cards though. I’m just starting to dig through my Star Wars cards from when I was a kid. Kinda cool to be a kid again and love cards.
