Do not trade your hive for peanut, hold unto your treasure

There was a crazy bullrun that happened in the year 2017 towards the end of the year, Most crypto markets were green and i see people jubilating and selling their coins.. I didn't really know what was going on as i was a newbie on the blockchain as at then but i learnt something during that period which i want to share with everyone so they won't make the same mistake..

I joined steemit through the help of one of my very good friend #mimy, and it was during the bull run so i didn't know about the bearmarket nor do i think there would be any thing like bearmarket, there was one thing i noticed during the period, there were two kind of people in the first group chat i was introduced into, some people were very happy while some were feeling so sad and frustrated, crypto gurus might know the reason why we have those two kind of people before i share the strory but for those who don't know, let me share the story of what really happened...

Steemit was founded in the year 2016 and in the early years of it, the coins hardly worth nothing as it sells at the rate of $0.07,One good thing was that it was easy to get vote, many people do not believe in the coins and left, some people decided to make few bucks from it existence so they sell immediately all the steem they made from posting, and there again we have some people who didn't waver in their belief that the coin will be great in future, they post everyday and keep their coins...

When steem spike up along with other alts in december, those who didnt sell their coins were the ones that were very happy cos they have endured hardship at the beginning and it is time for them to reap their rewards, the sudden spike of steem made most of them a millionaire and for those who keep selling their coins for any amount, they regret doing that as they didn't have anything to sell during the bullrun, they were only able to make few more bucks from the little steem they have left and they they keep wishing they didn't sell their steem for peanut...

He who laugh last laugh best, those who were happy selling their steem for little amount of money later regretted doing so and those who hold their coins knowing how valuable it will be were the one that enjoyed all the benefit the coin had to offer.. Literally steem changed their life and situation...

I don't want history to repeat itself in a bad way, so do not sell your hive for little amount, learn to hold your hive because it is a valuable coin that will be worth much more than this, think long term and do not ruin the opportunity of becoming a millionaire just for a little buck you are going to get now.. I hope many will learn from the story above and take the right path....

GOD BLESS
