Consistent habit building

Just watched a video with Andrew Hubermann about habit forming and how to do it consistently. Which is fasicanting for someone who struggle to do anything consistently for more than 2 days unless its unproductive habits which have its place and time.

So he started out the video by giving random examples of what to do in form if habits, you can ofcouse choose your own habits, just follow the formular xD

Formulae is somewhat along the lines of, find 6 habits and try to do 4 of them every single day. But if you dont manage because of life, don't overdo it the next day. Just start from zero and go to 4 again, doing that continously will build habits and I mean it sounds easy right?

He ofcouse mentions exercise in the morning to get your body and mind ready for the right of the day or just something active and also sunlight as early as possible.

Also he talks about doing certain things in certain time periods of your day. I do need to write something like that dowm before I can start to think about what would be best for me. Can't just grab it out of the air x)

He also goes into a bit about motivation and goal setting, spefically using fear as the catalyst to get motivated as long as the fear doesn't hold you back.

He talks aboit not rewarding yourself at every win, but also don't use things outside to reward you.
E.g. I ran 10 miles, so I get to get a piece of cake. Dont do that often, let the completion of the 10 miles run be the reward.

The video:

I wrote about getting a new job a while back and I have made the desicion that I will search for a new calmer job, so I can "relax" and get to workout instead of be coming a fluffyball.

Exercise is on the table with creative learning (digital art) again and making my homepage + starting my own coaching brand. My life is stagnated and I hate it. I am so tired and properly depressed as fuck right now xD

I am going on vacation today! It already started. But I will properly still listen to stuff like this and be here now and then :p
I do plan on taking a shit ton of pictures and share it! Also its my birthday ^^

Lately I've been exercising every morning and subconsciously following these principles, as I never try to overcompensate when I miss a day.
