Getting a job in this tough time - Focusing on one major field

One of my acquaintance succeeded to get a job in this tough time.
She is a very socialized person not to fear sharing her own experience and knowledge. So she shared all her job hunting progress by Tweet.

She quit her job around a half year ago.
Why? Just wanted to take a long rest and have fun in the last several months.
She is that sort of person.

As a result, she succeeded to get a good job that her salary increased and could choose the position that she had wanted.
This is her own analysis why she could be successful in getting a new job.

1. She had focused and concentrated on just one her major field
2. What she had focused was “Right place at the right timing”
3. She was not in a hurry while focusing on improving her own capability
   So with all these points, she experienced to get a job and having higher level.

She worked in product management team and always tried to work in best performance team.
After she became worked very well in the team and then asked to move to another better team and then worked so hard in that new team to improve herself.
Doing these patter for 10 years, she became a sort of professional to solve any issue with a small adjustment of her own experience.
It is very important to work in the team that work very well. There are many things to learn from there.

One of way to improve myself. This may not be the only way.
If you could get some feedbacks about yourself or your work, it is highly required to do all your best to fix that, not staying in the bad mood having a guilty conscience.
