Learn to communicate your feelings

It's Sunday night and a reality show called big brother is trending in my country tonight on twitter, where a participant was disqualified due to the things she has done. I have learnt few things from this situation and I cant really say why this lady reacted that way but then based on the little clips I have seen always learn to communicate. In all relationship be it platonic or the other, always make sure you are being heard and understood, if there is something that you are not comfortable with, kindly speak so that your mind will be at peace.

When we hold things in our mind against people, we are not only hurting them but we are hurting ourselves also. When people hurt you, you think about it hard until there is nothing to think about anymore and then the bad thoughts start creeping in. Which might lead to an angry outburst leading to a deadly situation. In situations like this we tend to transfer all those anger to other people who might have been unfortunate to be around us when our emotions are full. Never let your emotions determine your life, you can handle it as you can handle anything.

Our emotions can play tricks on us sometimes, this is why you have to purge your heart of anger or any bad energy because it is what we feed our brain that is been fed to our mind. Having a complete mindset gives us happiness but when our heart is sad, we will be cranky and unhappy. We wont only be unhappy but we would always want people around us to share in this unhappy mood.

Learn to curb your emotions and redirect your anger by talking it out with the source. Accumulated emotions leads to destruction of our person. Be at peace with others so that you can be at peace with yourself. Life comes and goes and humans will never change, focus on the good and find a better mechanism to fight the bad on sad days.
