Improve daily happiness by increasing positive habits!

Happiness has a direct link with habits. No matter how small a habit is, we may think the impact will not matter but it actually adds up in our daily happiness. To be honest our small habits matter most. Because there may have some long term goals which will make us happy. But in the meantime, in our daily life what we choose matters most to achieve the goal.

We can form some habits to see the difference. It can be as simple as taking a glass of juice at breakfast or smiling back. This little change creates an impression in our brains and makes us happy. The impact is not a daily basis thing. In the long term, we will get the benefits too.

Happiness is not a destination. It's not hard to understand that we can't decide in the upcoming day, if that happens we will be happy. Maybe that day will not come, maybe circumstances will change and you will feel no happiness in that. So, it's better to cultivate happiness in daily life, on a daily basis.

Make some small positive changes and adopt some new habits. Include your long term goals in your daily life. Like if you want to finish writing a huge article, start with a page a day. If you want to build muscle, start with five minutes workout every day. These little changes can make a positive impact.

Also, not only just in our personal life, by adopting positive habits we can bring happiness to others' life too. Like providing helping hand, donating, volunteering ie. One small step towards positive habits can bring a lot in our daily life. And thus can produce happiness in a daily basis.
