|| Calm in the Chaos - How we can make it possible! ||

We are not a monk. We can't ignore everything, what's happening around us. It may seem the world is full of chaos. There is no way to deny this, from our global perspective to our personal life, everything may feel chaotic. That why we have to find our peace of mind in all of these because otherwise anxiety, stress will take over us.

Let's see. How can I do that?

The best thing we can do to ourselves to calm in this chaotic world is to practice mindfulness. When we become self-aware, be present at the moment, focus on what is happening right now; we can have control over how to accept and respond. And thus it will be easy to decide whether we feel stressed or clam; no matter what is happening around us. This process is not like you are ignoring everything but it's like you are more aware of everything to decide what you need to do.

Moreover, we need to work on the work on awaring about our five sensations. We often get lost in our thoughts process. Bringing back our mind to the present moment, focusing on what we are feeling, listening, tasting, and smelling; everything can make us feel calm. It makes us more appreciative too.

Shifting our focus at this present moment is way more difficult but it's possible. Finding calm in this chaotic world is really hard. I would not say that this mindfulness and awareness process can help anyone overnight but it's a continual process. We have to put intentional effort to remind ourselves about these. Being mindful, doing mediation, exercise, and yoga and most importantly a healthy lifestyle can help us bring peace and calm in our mind and body!
