Relationship anxiety is something less talked about. We often ignore the fact that it's okay to face anxiety about our relationship. And that's why we don't take action what we need to solve this also. But I think we all will approve that if our relationship causes anxiety it will create a negative impact on our whole life.

So, how to deal with it?

The first thing we do wrong is to think ourselves right. So, what we need to do first is 'try to see the problem objectively'.

Listen to your partner. Allow the other side to raise their point and try to understand him/her.

Listen to your inner voice. It's way more necessary what's going on inside you.

Find the actual causes not what you made up in your mind.

Open up and talk about it. Try to solve it not to hide or skip it.

I know it may sound simple but it's not. And as we all have different kinds of problem so it's not possible to provide any formula about it. But I believe this simple thing can actually help. You may notice 'communication' is actually the key to ease anxiety. Also, we need to focus on inwards to understand what we actually need and why we behave this way.

Another thing is self-discovery. In a relationship, we often try to hide our problems. And that's why we also don't let ourselves know what's going wrong. We just hang with all the anxious feelings. So it's necessary to know the actual feeling and thoughts from our inner self to deal with these types of anxiety.

You know, we are the first one that can actually reduce this anxiety and we have to take action for it. No one else can. So think about it!
