'So much to do'- How to ease the feeling?

We all know the constant pressure from our to-do lists. We rust one task after another to finish everything on our list. We may have some time to take a break physically but mentally the continuous pressure goes on. We keep telling ourselves what to do next. And this makes us stressed, anxious, and depressed also.

Is there any way to get rid of this 'so much to do' feeling?

Don't keep telling yourself I've to do this and that. First, make a routine of your tasks. We have to understand we can't always 'finish' everything. It's okay to not fulfill everything. We need to try to adopt a routine life so that whenever we feel something is still undone we can manage time to do that.

However, it's difficult to shift our focus from our list and focus on our present life. Being mindful is always an option. If you are not familiar with it, you can try something else. Like, prioritizing your tasks, enjoy what you have to do, make your work joyful, bring positivity in your job, etc. But always remember, these will not help you 100% to reduce the 'pressure' from your to-do list.

Say to yourself loud and clear that whatever happen you will be happy. Some undone tasks can bring you back or put a barrier in your achievement. But it's okay. You will solve that out. Believe in your heart that 'you' are more important than your tasks. Don't forget to take self-care, relax, and have personal time. There will always be things to do in our life. But getting away from the pressure in way more necessary.

Remember to be present, put effort to make your present moment more meaningful, and do things to make this present better. You will feel relaxed and the pressure from to-do lists will be gone gradually!
