When you find yourself in one position or we need to pay more attention about what you say because some don't really want you to be successful in that position, they are only want to find something that can be uses against you but when you pay attention to whatever comes out of your mouth in public, you need to understand that every word you utter matters as a leader in your position, believe me its really does. You may not think so but trust me when I say that the power of words is immense in every position, it can make you to succeed or break you out of your possession if the care is not taking. The power of words has the ability to change someones life but when you choose your words carefully you Will definitely successful in all works of life.

We need to understand that people are so difficult to handle but for you to handle them, it take you to pay more attention about them because if you are among those who always spend most of your time fixing other people’s problems without hesitation but your lifes a mess remember, charity begins at home if you don't work on yourself it will be so difficult to succeed in helping others.The best way to help others is to help yourself first. Invest your time in being a better version of yourself, when you do that everything else will follow. Don't overlooked your friends, family because you want assist others people outside and make sure you do everything possible to get things right for yourself and the people who really wants the best for you, no life without it flaws but when you helps them don't use it in your words against them because the best way of help is what you do for your right hand without the awareness of the second hand.

However, the power of the words is so important and if we know how to use them very well it will not get us into trouble but if you don't know how to use them, it will break your prestigious moment with your love once and for you to see the best in people learn how to use your words properly and always provide the best words that will solve there problems, believe the best about them too. No matter how much you disagree with them when you are trying to figure out the problems on a project and find a way to out, try to find common ground that you can all agree on, don't ever be an autocratic leader who always want his own opinions to be signed and sealed, no matter how the position always say the words that will be accepted by everyone and be considerate no matter how the situation.

Before I drop my pen for today, always spread peace with your words and let people know the importance of the words and tell them what words will utter can affect our journey of life, you need to quit fighting and bickering because you don't agree on something that comes as a result of the words argument but always build bridges between you and your subordinate. Don’t hate. Don’t ever look down on anyone because you are above them. We need to always remember that Life is too short to be doing otherwise. The words can be dangerous if we don't know how to use them properly in mixed of people who are ready to mock you when you made a mistakes because they are ready to take your position.
