We come across a lot of people in life on a daily basis. These people have dreams, great ones. They are ambitious and have a lot of heart desires. They want to develop themselves mentally, physically, financially and achieve all their set goals. Along the line they may get stuck and no clue on what to do next or what step to take to progress in their quest. Apparently, they will need assistance and the help may not be far-fetched.

There is a popular saying that opines that we achieve our dreams when we help others achieve theirs. We discover ourselves more when we take time to journey with others in whatever way we may be helpful to them. When I was much younger in Secondary school and the University I realize I pass excellently in courses that I take time to teach my friends. When I study with my friends and explain topics in a particular course to them, I understand the course better than I did at first.

You can assist people around you to achieve their goals and aspiration when you help them set a foundation for their goal. Sit down and help them establish a goal that is achievable as well as the plan that will make it a reality. In doing this, you will let them know the essence of mapping out a plan. Mapping out a plan enables one to know what is vital and how to work towards it as well as how to achieve the desired result. It is important to have a specific plan rather than an ambiguous one.

Don't forget to say nice words to them. Motivate and encourage them. Tell them how much you believe in them to achieve their goals. These words are fuel that keep people going. Check their progress from time to time and offer them advice when you see that they are derailing.

Trust me, you will be proud of you and the person when he or she achieve the goal.
