Some simple plans to stay ahead of 'Stress'!

Stress is in everybody's life. We have so different types of concerns and that's why generalizing the solution is not easy. But we need to come up with a solution otherwise there's a high risk of turning stress into depression and anxiety. So, what we need to do is to make a strategic plan to prevent stress. Yeah, the word 'prevent' may sound inappropriate in this. But we can actually do this by some simple habits.

  • Talk about it. Don't hold up what you are feeling. Hiding our stress doesn't make it reduce or gone. So, share with people or write it down if nobody to shares. But you can choose random people like your uber driver. It reduces a lot more stress to just release this from us.

  • Live healthily. A healthy lifestyle means a stress-free life. A healthy diet, exercise, less alcohol intake, more sleep, routine lifestyle can help a lot to reduce stress.

  • Cut off your bad habit. If you are having lots of bad habits then don't expect to not have stress. Even a single bad habit like late awake/sleep can make us a lot more stressful. You need to cut them off first to prevent stress.

  • Make a plan. Plan for your life. Like your goal, daily routine, work strategy, etc. Always try to stay ahead of life. So, you don't have to worry if something uneven happens.

Life is like a battel. We need a proper plan to win and stay ahead in this battle. And when we can deal with stress in a better way, our 95% problem will be gone automatically. So, you can understand how necessary it is to follow a healthy lifestyle as well as other steps I have talked about here to reduce stress.
