Weekly News Update (April 2020 - Week 5)

It’s time, everybody, for another Solairitas Weekly News Update!

We are continuing to move over to Hive. We will continue to operate on both chains until all powerdowns have been completed (10 weeks or so).

This week we have sold 25 SOL! 😄 Thanks to @cwow2 for showing continued support. And I was able to find out who purchased the 28 SOL from before, 25 to an existing member (thanks @gerber) and 3 to a new member...welcome @eirik!

In an effort to reduce redundancy and to focus more attention on Eco Zone, be aware that we will soon abandon the Solairitas Discord server in favor of the dedicated channel there. We have not done so yet, but will here very soon...just trying to make sure members have a chance to move over if they want.

Solairibot continues growing and has now accrued 54.616 HP on its own!!! I have set @solairibot as a 5% beneficiary on this post to help it grow as well. It seems that @enginewitty has removed delegation, but we very much appreciate the help in getting the bot started.

Solairibot will be released into the wild for testing here soon™️. I’ve been trying to think of ways to make the project more interactive, somehow gamify things, but I haven’t gotten any good ideas yet. Any suggestions?

We are still saving HBD for the purpose of submitting a funding proposal to the Hive DAO and are currently at 1.416/15 HBD. I believe it’s 15 to submit. Was thinking Presearch and Brave Browser might be good ways to advertise the project.

We’re still seeking any and all input from the community with regard to how much we should propose and for how long. What do you think is reasonable?

Voting power continues to remain in the high nineties, and so the rough tiers will continue to remain as they are. However, in not too long a time, the intention is to raise the lowest tier (25% vote) from 10 SOL to 25.

There was no The Ramble’s Pimp Your Post Thursday on Discord, but we’ll be on next week to promote the project again (11 am EST); you really should join us! 😀
