Hello architecture and design community, delighted to greet you and wish you a happy and blessed start of the week. I hope you all enjoy abundant health, prosperity of the soul, well being, joy, peace and rest.
On this occasion I want to share with you some buildings that are located on the perimeter avenue in Cumaná, Venezuela. It is worth mentioning that this road is the national highway that connects the city of Cumaná with several tourist municipalities of the state.

In the sector known as monument are these residential complexes and hotels with a great variety of designs.

First we have this building that consists of eleven floors, first floor, panoramic aluminum windows with iron bars and in the shape of a rectangle. The walls are brick, beige and reinforced concrete. It also has a concrete perimeter fence. White wrought iron gate at the main entrance of the fence. In the internal part it has several chaguaramos plants to beautify the space and provide a cooler environment.

Then we went to this space where we can find several buildings, some of them have nine floors, roofs, perimeter fencing, panoramic windows, very spacious apartments with excellent ventilation, very resistant reinforced concrete walls because Sucre is a seismic risk zone. There are also small three-story buildings, pink, with balconies and LED lights to illuminate the place. It is a place with a large number of residential buildings overlooking the sea.

I really liked these two buildings because of their wavy design, six stories, beige and brick walls, concrete and stone perimeter fence. They also have strong wrought iron balconies. Also in the interior of these buildings you can see churuatas with brick roofs in pyramidal shape and the other in the shape of a gem. Its columns are made of concrete. The charuatas are buildings that are regularly built to provide a country look and are used for recreational activities with the family and usually close to it in an enclosed space there is a swimming pool.

Passing through the coastal strip and visiting the monument we see these tall and imposing architectures with murals on their walls that motivate us to let our imagination fly. It is worth noting that these buildings are very well preserved despite the fact that they have been under construction for quite some time.
Another element that stands out in each building are the air conditioners, as you can see there are plenty of them on the walls and that is because we live in a coastal area and the heat becomes very intense every day, for this reason we resort to this equipment to alleviate the situation and thus be able to enjoy a better environment at home.

In my visits to the monument I never stop thinking about the beautiful view that these buildings have since its main entrance or porch is in front of the sea whose waters are lost in the horizon and that scenario fascinates me to recreate it over and over again in my mind.
May God bless you and see you in the next tour.
