Building's Safety ~ Things To Consider

IMG20210509171326~2.jpg

Greetings guys!
A happy new week to you all. I trust we all had a great weekend. On weekends, we get to go to places we couldn't go on normal working days.
We visit the places on our list and do many other things.
Some people go to their favorite coffee shop and others to the beach and so on.

Walking into this building was like a wish come true.
I have always wanted to know what goes in around that tall and lovely structured building.
Yesterday I got a chance to know what exactly goes in there.
I was with a friend after service and we decided to hang around here while waiting for the time for us to go to an evening program in our sister's church

When you see such buildings, what comes to your mind? a home? A hotel,? A company? Business premises?
Well, if you have all this in mind then you aren't far from the truth.
There are many activities carried out in this single building.
It's a hotel, a guest house, a bar, a place to sit out, and you can even call it a restaurant as well.
Many activities are carried out in this single building.
You might wanna know why I choose the exterior view and design right.
Well, that is because I like the exterior design of a house or building the more.
And for reasons, I wanted to discuss more on the subject matter in this building and that is the Tiled up structure

IMG20210509171330~2.jpg

You notice that the building is tiled up from the bottom to the top or vice versa?.
That is the subject I wanted to discuss.
What could be the reason for tiling up a building from bottom to top? Apart from the distinctive looks and beauty, do you think there is any other reason for that?

I think it also serves the stress of having to repaint the building every time the paint washes out or wears off, don't you think?.
Though it's not all buildings are repainted depending on the type of paint that was used.
But for some, the paint wears or washes off and such a building ought to be repainted.
So a building that is tiled all up from the bottom to the top like this one serves them the stress of repainting every time the paint washes off.

And apart from that, another matter I wanted to point out which I don't really think is safe for this building is the trees and flowers surrounding the building.
Inasmuch as this is a business premise, I don't think it's a very good idea that all these flowers and trees are planted around.

The trees and flowers have grown so big and thick and if proper care isn't taken, some wild creatures or animals can make a domain out of it.
Especially for the type of flowers planted there. I know this better because we used to have those flowers in our house but when we started having wild creatures like snakes, green ones, my dad had to cut everything down so as not to nurture snakes in the house without even knowing.

The same case for this building, I feel with how thick and dark it usually makes the whole place especially at night, the wild animal can crawl into the house or rooms there.
The trees are too tall such that some parts cover the building.

IMG20210509171538~2.jpg

I know we like planting flowers and trees around us and it's like a norm for many people but is it advisable to plant such giant and tick trees and flowers in a place like this?
Is it good to take such a risk? Of raising wild animals in the cause of beautifying your building with natural vegetation?.

IMG20210509171530~2.jpg

The trunk of the tree runs deep down the gutter by the side of the road.
I didn't take a very good shot but I was able to capture this from the outside, the frontage of the building.

IMG20210509171521~2.jpg

Take a look at those flowers, it is the same level as the fence that surrounds the building. And that was exactly my fears
With that, wild creatures like snakes can easily crawl into the building.

IMG20210509171303~2.jpg

Shouldn't there be precaution measures taken or considered when growing plants around our houses or building?
I feel most of these things should be taken into consideration.
Cause they always say, safety should come first and for this being a business place, I think that should have really been considered.
The manager of the place should consider cutting down most of the trees and trimming the flowers to a certain level.

IMG20210509171256~2.jpg

Amidst all these observations I made and think should be taken into consideration, the building is lovely and their services good as well.
I also think it was a good idea for them to tile the building from the bottom to the top.

Tell me guys, what do you think of all the observations I made here, and what's your input to it.
Thank you for taking out the time to read my blog post today.

HAHA I own 2 as pets but I do see your point, aggressive snakes would make a mess of a home if not caught.

Wow! I often hear people keeping snakes as pets.
Oh, my gee! How do you tame it?
I hope it's not the aggressive type.

The local reptile stores buys them bred in captivity. They are much more docile when not wild.

At the current moment, my ball Python is 3.9 feet long, and the baby woma python is 3 feet long. The woma will grow up to about 5 feet in length within a few years. The Ball Python is fully grown but could gain up to 1 foot for a max of 5 ft.

I don't sleep with them, but the Ball Python likes my office Chai because I has holes he climbs through. They are not overly intelligent so its unlikely he understands what the office chair is, but I always wonder what he is thinking because it's not a tree.

Wow! I guess I will get to see them a couple of days from now. Have you ever posted there here? Cause I have gone through your recent articles but haven't seen one

They snap at you if you are aggressive with them, probably wise to feed them with tongs too incase they miss their target
