Here For You: Shadow Hunters Contest

Shadows = Shades

This is an old phone photo, rummaged through my files. It was lunch break from work and I decided to have a short walk at the park located just behind my office building.

Now entering the peak of summer here in the Middle East, shadows from trees create refuge for both people and animals, as it shelters them from extreme desert heat.

I hope you see the two birds resting beneath the trees and taking advantage of the shade the shadow gives.

Yes, smart birds, indeed! Yup, the grass stay green all year round. They found a very effective watering system that keeps the plants and grass alive. :D
