To participate in the contest sponsored by @ocd I went to the Beethoven park in my city, this park has two clocks, a clock called the dwarfs and a flower clock, it has already been restored several times, and is currently Damaged all the clockwork and movement of the dwarfs, it is a quite beautiful and striking watch, a pity that it is in abandonment thanks to the tyranny we suffer.
Para participar en el concurso patrocinado por @ocd me dirigí al parque Beethoven de mi ciudad, este parque posee dos relojes, un reloj llamado de los enanos y un reloj de la flores, ha sido ya restaurado varias veces, y en estos momentos se encuentra dañado todo el mecanismo de relojería y movimiento de los enanos, es un reloj bastante bonito y llamativo, lástima que se encuentra en abandono gracias a la tiranía que padecemos.
It is a small park that is located within a high-class urbanization, access to it is only during office hours since the urbanization is closed due to crime, it is a way for the inhabitants of the urbanization to protect themselves, I do not blame them, it is the reality of our country.
Es un parque pequeño que se encuentra dentro de una urbanización de clase alta, el acceso a él es solo en horario de oficina ya que la urbanización se cierra por la delincuencia, es una forma los habitantes de la urbanización de protegerse, no los culpo, es la realidad de nuestro país.

El parque es un buen espacio para los niños, adultos y los turistas en general, le aseguro que lo van a disfrutar porque es un lugar de esparcimiento, muy tranquilo y te puedes recrearse en todas las áreas verdes que posee.

El parque fue Inaugurando en 1970 con motivo del bicentenario del nacimiento de ese grande de la cultura mundial Beethoven, en él se encuentra un reloj llamado reloj de la flores, porque su estructura lo compone diferentes flores, en los actuales momentos por su abandono solo se aprecia monte o maleza, mientras que el reloj que se encuentran en el medio de la plaza da la hora con la sinfonía de Beethoven con sus campanadas.

De noche cuando fusionaba y daban acceso, era un sitio muy ameno, las personas venían a conversar durante horas y a disfrutar las luces como la iluminaria que rodea el parque, ahora está prohibido para los visitantes, es una lástima que espacios como este se estén perdiendo todo gracias a una ideología fracasada y probada por mucho tiempo, espero que las cosas cambien y no se sigan perdiendo recurso valiosos.

We have had parks and gardens closed in the evening and big fences put up around then in an effort to prevent vandalism. It is very sad. The clocks must be incredible when they are working.
