PLAYING WITH SHADOWS
Yesterday, as the sun was going down ...
... I noticed a nice playground for shadows ...
... on the wall, near the main entrance to my house ...
... so I started to take photographs with the camera in one hand ... and various objects in the other ... here you can see the shadowy version of my car keys ...
... this is a syringe ... I mean, the shadow of a syringe in my hand ... it looks like a weapon when held in that position :D ... I decided to present most of these shadows in black & white ... I like that monochromatic, "old - movies" atmosphere ... but ...
... this shadow of a red graveyard candle - lantern just demanded a colored version ...
... here I used a zippo lighter ...a cool object for the noir atmosphere :D ...
... on this photograph I'm holding one of those little anti - mosquito electric machines ... and on the following shot ...
... the final shot of this post, you can see the same pine cone from the opening photograph ... these cones are creating some very elegant shadows ... the sun was going down pretty fast and soon I had to stop this project ... today the weather is cloudy, not a great day for this kind of stuff ... I'll continue to collect shadows when the sun returns.

The pine cone shadow very elegant and visually delightful.
It is true the shadow of the pineapple looks very elegant, it has symmetry, I also like the shadow of the syringe, it makes me think about the vaccine against the virus, I hope it is a cure not a weapon, there is so much speculation.
