My entry to the Shadowhunter Contest #157.
As always I’m in my garden and now the shadow comes from my cactus table. As you can see I have a collection of cacti, these are cacti and succulents of very easy propagation, and in fact they’re cacti that any beginner can start planting easily by following some rules.
This is the hour of solar plenitude in my garden. It is 12 o'clock in the day and the sun falls directly on my plants, but there is a cover here so that the sun doesn’t hit my ornamental plants so hard, because it would burn their leaves and even some cacti are susceptible to burning when the sun is directly on them.
In this group of cacti on the table there are opuntias, wahorthias, kalanchoes, aloes juvenna, bromeliads, mammillarias roburnensis, mammillaria prolífera, mammillaria gracilis, rebutia, huernias boleana, graptopetalum, graptoveria and others.
The most important thing for my cacti and succulents is to take care of them from pests and not add too much water to their pots. It’s better for them to lack water rather than have much humidity in their pots because there is a risk of losing the plant due to rotting.
These are my shades for the weekly Shadowhunter Contest hosted by @melinda010100. We also have in this community the presence of judge @annephilbrick and the collaboration of @nelinoeva.
All shadows photos are of my property.

Thank you!!
I am so impressed with all the different cacti and succulents that you have! They make really interesting shadows!
I have been collecting plants for many years. Thanks.
You have so many succulent!!!
And I want to buy other succulents but I can't get out of this confinement yet.
I guess propagating it is the only way!
That's what I do.
I am more and more impressed each time I see your garden. ☺
Most of the day I am in it sowing or gathering or transplanting. And I take advantage when I see a shadow for the contest.
