Many would think that fungi and plants are close enough to the end they do not move and leave the ground or anywhere.


These beautiful creatures I found in the work, they look like sculptures and I wanted to find out more about them.


Muchos pensarían que los hongos y las plantas son bastante cercanos al fin al cabo no se mueven y salen de la tierra o en cualquier sitio.


Estas hermosas criaturas me las encontré en la obra, parecen esculturas y quise indagar más sobre ellas.





I was very surprised to learn that fungi are neither animals nor plants, they have their own classification and in fact animals are closer to us than they are to plants.


If you ever left the bread forgotten and you noticed that it had green spots, I hope that not only has that part stretched, the mystery of the fungus is all over the bread, the green spots are only the part that releases spores.


Me sorprendió mucho saber que los hongos no son ni animales ni plantas, tienen su propia clasificación y de hecho son más cercanos a nosotros los animales que a las plantas.


Si alguna vez dejaste el pan olvidado y te diste cuenta que tenía manchas verdes espero que no solamente haya estirado esa parte, el misterio del hongo está por todo el pan, las manchas verdes son solamente la parte que liberas esporas.





Fungi love humidity and cannot live without it when a spore that is in a place that does not have the appropriate conditions can remain inactive for a long time and when the conditions are optimal a fungus will grow that will start the cycle again, that's why is that so many of us appear out of nowhere after a rainy day.


And to think that they are very important for gastronomy, imagine the food without the shoulders, first we will have to discard the obvious, there would be no mushrooms or pizza with mushrooms, some cheeses depend on mushrooms for their elaboration such as the famous blue cheese, however if mushrooms would not have what I consider the two most important foods for humanity, bread and beer.


Los hongos les encanta la humedad y no pueden vivir sin ella cuando una espora que hay en un lugar que no tiene las condiciones apropiadas puede permanecer inactivo por muchísimo tiempo y cuando las condiciones sean óptimas crecerá un hongo que empezará el ciclo de nuevo, por eso es que aparecen tantos somos de la nada después de un día lluvioso.


Y pensar que son importantísimos para la gastronomía, imagínate la comida sin los hombros, primero habrá que descartar lo obvio, no habría champiñones, ni pizza con champiñones, algunos quesos depende de los hongos para su elaboración como el famoso queso azul, sin embargo si los hongos no tendríamos lo que yo considero las dos comidas más importantes para la humanidad el pan y la cerveza.

Y cuando se muere algo, como en este caso la madera esto es comida para los hongos y la descompone regresando los nutrientes al suelo cerrando el ciclo, que importante son todos los seres del planeta, cumplen una función primordial sin casi darnos cuenta y lo encontramos en los lugares menos esperados como en una simple tabla.
