Reflection Hunters Entry #Round 93 - My Hometown View

The most memorable part of my homecoming was having a welcome party given to me by my siblings. They surprised me on that day. I don't like a party but that time was the most unforgettable moment in my life.


Letting you know my friends here that my father returned to heaven during my vacation. As if, he was just waiting for me and he left us. I am eager to share with you some photographs I took during that party, the last party I had with my father. Today, I felt not just a reflection of a certain photograph but felt myself reflecting on my life. The other day, I was looking to collect all the pictures of my father so I could make a video to be his birthday present and be uploaded to my youtube channel. But I didn't push through. The good thing happened when I found a reflection of my entire town in the seawater. I just imagine that my father is just around the corner in this beautiful place he lived from his first day on earth until his last breath.

This is the local beach, the venue of our party last May 24, 2022. We rented a cottage in a certain Chito's Place from 8 in the morning until night. We had nonestop Karaoke singing challenge adding the happiness to all the people around. There were cottage rented with others visitors but all were looking focused on us. The ladies were playing volleyball in the sea water and it was too funny watching them.

After one month of that moment, my father died, June 25, 2022. If how happy I was during my arrival,the pain was doubled on that time but I have to accept the fact that, he never experience a long time in pain. 9 am in the morning, he experienced a hard time to breath and 11pm, he bid farewell to us. I saw him on that moment through a video call from my sister. That time, I was in my son's family and need to travel by plane. I came back home again and there for the last time on earth for my father. The saddest part wasy greeting for a fathers day was not being heard because he didn't know to operate his new phone we bought and he only knew how to write message.

I'm sorry for today long story. It is not only a reflections of a certain photography but the place with a reflection is a big part to my life. A place that I have my life's reflections today😇,
