Rico arroz mixto. Rich mixed rice.

Hola a todos los amigos de esta gran comunidad , una vez más con ustedes para enseñarles este rico arroz mixto que hice , me quedó bien sabroso, quería comer algo diferente . Espero se animen hacerlo en casa , les va a gustar cómo queda su sabor.

Hello to all the friends of this great community, once again with you to show you this delicious mixed rice that I made, it was very tasty, I wanted to eat something different. I hope you are encouraged to do it at home, you will like how its flavor looks.

Para hacer este rico arroz utilice los siguientes ingredientes .

To make this delicious rice, use the following ingredients.

Pollo 🍗 hervido. Caldo de pescado 🐟.Cebolla. Ajo 🧄. Pasta de tomate 🍅. Arroz blanco. Comino.Culantro.cerveza. Atún en lata.

Boiled chicken 🍗. Fish broth 🐟. Onion. Garlic 🧄. Tomato paste 🍅. White rice. Cumin.Culantro.beer. Canned tuna.

1- Primeramente desmerluzo el pollo 🍗 que ya tenía hervido desde el día anterior que hice una sopa 🍜 pero quizá utilizar el pollo para este arroz.

1- First I dislod the chicken 🍗 that I had already boiled since the day before I made a soup 🍜 but maybe I used the chicken for this rice.

2- picare en pedacitos pequeños la cebolla 🧅 y la llevo a sofreír con los demás sazones .

2- I'll chop the onion into small pieces 🧅 and take it to fry with the other sauces.

3- cuando todos los sazones están sofritos le agregó el pollo 🍗 desmeluzado y el atún 🍣.

3- when all the seasonings are fried, he added the chicken 🍗 dishredded and the tuna 🍣.

4- le agregó la cerveza y sal al gusto.

4- He added the beer and salt to taste.

Seguidamente le agregó el caldo de pescado 🐟. Y dejo hervir unos minutos , lavo bien el arroz y se lo agrego a todo esa salsa preparada.

Then he added the fish broth 🐟. And let it boil for a few minutes, I wash the rice well and add it to all that prepared sauce.

5-Antes de ponerle la tapa le echo el culantro bien picadito , y dejo que se cocine en la olla arrocera.

5-Before putting the lid on it, I put the cilantro well chopped, and let it cook in the rice cooker.
