Good morning vegan lovers! Today is the day to make pandebonosss

Ingredients:
1 cup cassava starch
1/2 cup corn flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
225 gr soy cheese
2 tablespoons of vegan margarine
1 Β½ cup oat milk
4 tablespoons oil

Preparation:
Sift 1 cup of cassava starch, 1/2 cup of corn flour, the teaspoon of baking powder, the teaspoon of salt, mix very well. Then add 225 gr of soy cheese, 2 tablespoons of vegan margarine, 1 Β½ cup of oat milk and 4 tablespoons of oil. All of the above is stirred until the dough is moldable. Finally, the dough is
shape the dough and take it to the oven.

I have always been attracted to the pandebono, because it is a simple recipe, in which we can even do without the oven. This vegan version is very good, as well as nutritious. Cheers.

Yeah I stopped consuming dairy as well but I am in an area where I can get raw dairy again! I went really hard with anti candida diet and I think I am in good place to start consuming dairy again. I have been eating meat but would like to stop eating meat and lean more on raw dairy, fermented cheeses and eggs instead of eating red meat... Thanks for your reply!

Also forgot to mention my body doesnt digest vegetarian sources of iron and caused me major issues in the past but maybe cause of my b blood type....

Oh friend I learned something new today, how nice that and also to see how we are so diverse, it's great.
If you want you can drink beet juice with carrot or beet juice with orange. You can eat a fruit or vegetable rich in iron always accompanied by another that has vitamin c to facilitate the absorption of iron.

Oh yeah i was hard core vegan and even tried micronize kale and dark leafy greens with ice and a blender. I went anemic really fast. I was doing exactly as you mentioned even had heavy diet in lentils, beans and brown rice. One serving of red meat brought my blood levels to ideal conditions with iron and nutrient uptake. But my blood type is one of the rarest in the world.
