Vegan Recipe: Dharos fried

Hello friend's 🤗 Good night from Bangladesh. I am back again with another Vegan Recipe hopefully all friends will like my Recipe. Today I am going to cook Dharos fried. I searched the English name of Dharos is lady's finger 😊 Anyway we just love to eat Dharos. We usually eat this vegetable on curry and also frying.

I learned about this Dharos vegetables, this is mostly have Antioxidant element that keeps us healthy. It also Prevents asthma attacks. It removes acne and helps keep the skin clean. Then we realized that the food is very nutritious.
Let's start today's recipe, its really easy process.

  • Dharos (lady's finger) - 500 gm
  • Onion chop - Half cup
  • Turmeric powder - half spoon
  • Salt - on taste
  • Soyabean oil - As needed
  • Green chili - on taste

Firstly I washed and chop this Dharos in small size. Then took them in a sieve.

Now I poured a quantity of soybean oil in a pan. Then I gave chopped onions.

In this step, I fried onions with green chillies.

Now fry it for a while with chopped dharas.

Now add turmeric powder and salt one by one. Now I rubbed it well with dharas kuchi .

Now I took fifteen minutes and started stirring with a spoon. When the bhaji is slightly brown in color, I switch off the oven. Our Dharos fried is ready to eat.

This Dharos fried turned out to be very tasty, we all in the family thoroughly enjoyed the meal. You can prepare so easily and eat this delicious and nutritious food. Wishing everyone good health, I bid farewell today.

I used to have asthma attacks. I no longer have them but I wish I knew about this before. I will have to try your recipe. I never cook this vegetable. Thanks for sharing.
