I bet everyone knows about bananas, right? And everyone in the house has this fruit. Sometimes we buy a bunch of bananas but we can't eat them all in time and they are so ripe that they can't be used anymore, right? However, today I will show you how to make a dish from ripe bananas that both children and adults love to eat. Ingredients are easy to find in supermarkets or markets. Now let's see the process. This dish is also very good for vegetarians. This dish is also a dish associated with my childhood.

Ingredient:

  • 3-4 ripe bananas
  • 1 pack of banana fried dough (this type you can buy at supermarkets or markets)
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 pot
  • 1 plastic bag
  • 1 rolling wood

Making:

Step 1: Peel off the banana peel and cut it in half lengthwise

Step 3: Cut a plastic bag like the photo, then put it on a cutting board. Put the banana in the middle and use a rolling pin to roll it thin as shown.

Step 4: After rolling the banana, add it to the dough

Step 5: Add oil to the pan or pot (should be the deep one), and add enough cooking oil to deep fry the cake in cooking oil.

Step 6: After the oil is hot. Put the powdered bananas in a pot of cooking oil, and fry with low heat until golden on both sides. Do the same until the end.

When you take out the bananas, you can put them on absorbent paper, or a tray like a photo so that the oil doesn't absorb into the cake, helping the cake not to be too greasy, crispy for a long time and more delicious.
