鸡蛋布丁

昨天孩子上完早上的课，中午饭后想做个好吃的，他看了一些小视频，觉鸡蛋布丁很简单，于是就开始动手了，他准备好工具，爷爷经常做面食，很多工具。他拿好碟子，打蛋器，面粉，鸡蛋，牛奶。

他先把白糖和一点面粉放进大碗里面，接着鸡蛋我帮他把蛋黄和蛋白分离了，接着他自己弄了，用打蛋器把蛋黄牛奶面粉白糖一起打均匀，接着就到进这个烤盘里面，本来想把泡泡过滤掉的，因为没有合适的过滤网，结果就和泡泡一起倒进去了，放进烤炉里面烤了几分钟就好了，味道很不错呢，他觉得非常好吃，我说下次继续做好吃的。

我夸奖了他有好的动手能力，他也很开心，趁着烤鸡蛋布丁的时间，把碟子什么的都洗了。😄
