Canine Wonder

Yesterday was a rough day. I've been having issues with my mining rig and I unsuccessfully tried to figure out what was going on and my frustration only increased with some defeats at Axie Infinity and the impossibility to continue writing an important post. All of this fed a feeling of discomfort that was growing within me due to recent events, spurred by the fact that my sister's leaving to her home after three months of living with us, and she's taking the doggie with her. While both my sisters were away on errands, he cried and stirred, it was hard to listen to him in his angst, so I left everything and went to the living room to stay with him. And that's when I started to weep myself. Have you ever cried while genuinely enjoying caressing a dog? It was the weirdest, most beautiful thing ever.

Look at that innocence and fullness of attention in those eyes 😍! Dogs, and animals in general, live in the Present. They don't stress over things that have passed or may come, they just live. That means they're creatures of constant, pure Love. Crying while hugging a dog is one of the most healing experiences I've had. He was just happy to get cuddles while I thought of all the things that I've gone through in the past few years and particularly in recent months, things that I'm mostly unable to share with others so I've had to learn how to manage them on my own. I sensed that I was kind of repeating a cleansing I did three years ago during an Ayahuasca ceremony, but while that ceremony was only me with myself surrounded by people in their own deep processes, this time I had Max and felt so blessed for that.

After a few minutes of this cleansing, I reached center and gave in entirely to the enjoyment of having the dog beside me. I'll miss him for sure, but now that I've processed this, I can let it go with joy and profound gratitude for having had the opportunity to spend all this time with this majestic creature. I've always thought about having animals around at home, but this is he first time that I consider it for real. It's not likely to happen any time soon because I'd prefer to live on my own before I take an animal into my care, but it's a true possibility now, not only for the top-quality company but also for the learning potential. Observing an animal, caring for it on a regular basis and having its energy around is a magnificent source of undiluted information about the nature of life. They're greater teachers than any human being could ever hope to be.

These past three weeks have easily been some of the most powerful of my existence. I broke through boundaries and experienced tremendous revelations. I cleared weights and let go of impediments. My social life is slowly picking up the pace thanks mostly to the Rune Service, but having Max around was the undisputed highlight of the process. In a few hours he's gone home and I begin another stage of my journey with refilled batteries and far more focus than ever before. Thank you, doggie!

There is always a skin to shed, a shell to break, a fear to transmute. The Path never stops, show your will to See, Accept and Change. The Renaissance is already a fact, it does not depend on your hope or your faith, it is simply there if you want to witness it or feel it, it is your choice. Reveal yourself, show yourself without masks or attires. Hold eye contact, see others as the peers they are, the Universe expresses itself in them and all other creatures, in spaces, objects and events. The Universe is also within you. Pay attention and you shall receive attention, love and you shall be loved, but if you call for Night, why do you expect Day? If you insult, why do you expect Night? Peace is built and shaped in the Now, it is not found in some future time.
