TRADITIONAL WAY OF OPENING A SARI SARI STORE

Hello everyone, yesterday I went to my cousin's house for they are going to have a simple celebration for the opening of their sari sari store. Sari-sari stores are small retail outlets that can be found in almost all neighborhoods, sometimes even in every street corner in the Philippines because most sari-sari stores here in Philippines are situated just outside the owner’s doorstep, in front of their house. This gives the owner convenient and easy access to the store. While this is not entirely wrong, one should also consider other locations in the area.

We are celebrating this in a traditional way and we're just celebrating it just beside in national road where it is located because it is the best location putting a small business like this.

We start the traditional celebration in a prayer before we start eating their foods they prepare for us. Simple but delicious foods, the important is having the new business blessed and dedicated through a blessing ceremony for new business will be a way of remembering God in your new business venture and starting it off with the power and protection of God for its success because God is the giver of the power to make wealth.
