It appears to be a cultural phenomena being carried out in the earlier slated environ of Nassarawa state ( North central). This period of time houses different people of different races which cut across all the nooks and crannies of the country ( Nigeria). It is however fundamental to underscore that this Cultural activity called "YELWA CORO" isn't for revenue generation but an ancient practice that is indispensable. Each of these indigenous activities have their own peculiarities and a significant message they pass across. In respect to time , people have submitted that these acts have elements of diabolism which negates the principles of Civilisation

but the Yelwa people have debunked that as they argued it is their CULTURAL HERITAGE
