If we are not given a chance to prove ourselves, our talents are evaluated verbally then it is definitely very painful for all of us. In fact, our talents and our abilities can be properly evaluated only when we are given a chance to showcase them. Conversely, if one evaluates our talents and abilities without giving us a chance, then it is very painful.
