South Beach Durban
I spent two nights in Durban with the Huawei team I traveled with for a quick job. In total, we were four and had a nice time.
One of the guys knows a Kenyan restaurant and he recommended we go have lunch there, upon getting there, the meal will only be ready later in the evening, I was disappointed since I was keen on having a Kenyan dish.
Two of us ended up settling for a Nigerian meal, while the other two settled for a South African meal. It was nice having choices of food to opt for.
We bought takeaways and headed to the beach where we had our lunch. We found ourselves at South Beach.
It was a beautiful sunny day, we had a walk on the beach after our meals.
I was so full that I just took it slowly like a pregnant woman and watched the three other guys dip their feet in the water.
Taking in the fresh air and appreciating the view had me content.
I am hoping to bring my love for taking photos back to life, I like the plant branch laying in the sand and had it photographed. It must have found its way there either through the wind or the sea waves.
The waves in the sand are a beauty!
I had to photograph my foot, to show I was in South Beach Durban.
It was less than an hour's visit to the beach since we had a site to attend, but it was a moment we enjoyed.
We owe it to ourselves to make Hive great

Lol, I was so full Jackie, even when we went on the next site I was taking it slow, supper that day was light as a result of heavy lunch 😃
It was nice to be on the beach again, the last time was over 2 years ago...

Guessed age right, my younger son was born in CJ Crookes hospital in Renishaw another wonderful hospital in earlier years, Thursday 9th, 2 years 4 days younger. !LOLZ
So glad you got home safely I was a little worried doing the distances you covered in one day! Not knowing regions another problem of late unless you went straight up back to the freeway and out, going through city one never knows.

There's a thing with the 2 years gap between older parents with childbirth lol, my parents had us 2 the 2 years gap thing.
Thanks, I noticed your concern when we chatted, we relied on the GPS lol and thankfully we got home safe.
Perhaps that was inherited we were 4 x approx 2 in between, I suppose if you going to have children have them as close in age to let them entertain themselves, of course be the best of buddies when adults....
I was hoping you would go straight back the way you came in via the freeway route, going through East London via old road through suburbs could be problematic at night.
