Today I bring you this analysis of the Monthly Heikin Ashi candles

Sometimes you have to see what happened in the past to estimate what might happen with the price.

What has happened in the last 2 Bitcoin bullish cycles

Bullish cycle

If we analyze the monthly graph we see a pattern that has been repeated in the last 2 bitcoin cycles after the halving

We see that the Heikin Ashi candles have closed green, month by month, almost all of them, when the bullish cycle has started.

One month in the 2 upward cycles has closed with correction of the price of Bitcoin, but the following month

Down Cycle

If we analyze the monthly chart we see a pattern that has been repeated in the last 2 cycles of bitcoin when it has begun to correct the price.

We see that the Heikin Ashi candles have closed red, more than a month, consecutively, when the correction cycle has started.

Summary

• One monthly red candle usually occurs in bullish cycles.
• Two consecutive monthly red candles. Bitcoin enters price correction period

Last months

In the last 5 months we have had green Heikin Ashi candles and this month, if it closes below $ 10,800, we would have the first red candle.

At the moment these candles indicate that we would be in a bullish cycle.
