Canadian Rockies through the Lens of a Smartphone ~ BLACK BEAR

So as we were leaving Maligne Lake, Jasper Park, driving back, this mighty Black Bear was eating berries by the side of the road. We stopped to watch, then he (or she) decided to cross the road. This is the closest I have ever been to such a beautiful Black bear, it was amazing and exhilarating! A Huawei P20 Pro smartphone was used.

Yes, we actually ended up seeing 3 bears, in 3 different locations that day!

Very cool. We just had one outside our front door again last night. Got him captured on night video cam, not very good quality, but cool to see them about.
