Soft and smooth

A little break from my spiky friends. Instead of all the vicious plants that want to shred your fingers, I have nice, soft bokeh today.

It is like a rest for the eyes and brain to see all those flowy grasses, softer colour and light. And all the world around softly swinging on the wind. A bit like the images from the depth of the oceans.

I used my brothers Helios 40-2 for those. I keep saying it is a magic lens and I am not changing my mind. Even though you can't see much of the bubbly bokeh it can do, but the colour and softness is really relaxing.

Don't you just wanna lay down among those and wait..
Wait for everything around to slow down.

Or is it the booze talking..

Worry not.
We will be back to the mean, spiky guys tomorrow :)

The rainy season has almost arrived in my city, I'm looking forward to go out under the shade of the clouds and find the withered vegetation in better condition than I saw it last time because of the heat, seeing your photos I almost ran out although to be honest, I had planned to go out tomorrow to see the park before the rain, and as you say, I miss those trips where sometimes I lie on the grass and listen to the world and its melody, I rest my eyes and listen with my heart, Damn! I get sentimental, I love your photos by the way.

And we are heading towards summer. Soon there will be just dust, dust and more dust..
I hate summer...
