A quick visit to Shettihalli Church, Settihalli, Karnataka (22 Pictures)

Had been to Bangalore couple of weeks ago and on the way back, decided to take a quick detour to Shettihalli Church.. During monsoons this abandoned church is submerged under water.. You can just see a very tiny portion of it..

Built in the early 1860's by some French Missionaries, this Church was quickly abandoned as soon as the Hemavati Dam and Reservoir was constructed..

Now this is a tourist destination and a magnificent spot for us wedding photographers to shoot when it isn't submerged..

Wow, had seen couple pictures with the church , never knew it's shettihalli church. Good I know now. Beautiful photographs bro 👍
