Love and Suffering - Topic Review

Why do we still suffer in the presence of God's love for mankind? This is a question every individual ask most especially when some challenges arises and we feel like we are not supposed to be going through such especially as a Christian who believes so much and have faith in God.

Like bro Eli has said, there will always be consequences that follows every act of disobedience,no matter how loved we think we are in God's hands.
For the fact that we love our child so much does not mean that we won't get them punished when they do something bad. The level of punishment still differs based on how often the child has been corrected but failed to listen.

Just as we earthly parent would do that to our children despite the love and affection we show to them, same way our heavenly father is.
Romans 6:23 says; the wages of sin is death...
Even when he's angry at our disobedience, he still shows his love by gifting us salvation through his son our Lord Jesus Christ. Still, we choose to abide in our lifestyle of disobedience.

His steadfast love still remains but until we depart from the way of the first man and woman on earth, suffering may not cease to exist because everything God provided for us has been slowly destroyed due to our negligence and disobedience.
Talk of the air we breathe in that is constantly polluted despite warnings to desist from acts that contributes to these damages. Talk of how we processed food that are meant to give good nutrients to our body, inhale what we are not suppose to inhale and the likes.

God's love comes with discipline so for him to create us with love, it still do not override the discipline that comes with it and until we abide by it, suffering may not end and the bitter part is that these sufferings are mostly consequences that follows our disobedience and not direct suffering from God himself.
