The Church is Important. MCGI TOPIC REVIEW

The MCGI Mass Indoctrination is here again. Praise the Lord. It will be another wonderful time to receive the sincere milk of the Word of God which will make us to grow effectively spiritually. It is a great privilege to learn from the table of the Lord.

Ephesians 3:10 (KJV) To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,

The emphasis by Bro Eli Soriano that we must join the church is biblical. It is the truth that God would not have constituted the church if it was not important. We should take the church as important as every other doctrine of God. All of God’s commandments are to be obeyed wholly. We are not to discriminate against anyone. The church is a commandment of God which we are to obey.

2 Peter 2:1 (KJV) But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction._**

Those who are teaching us that we don't need the church to be saved are teaching heresies. They are false teachers. We need the church. We must join the church if we are going to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. The church era has not ended. In fact, this is the church era. This is the dispensation of the church. We are to go into all the world and all men the disciples of Jesus, bringing them to the church.

Acts 2:41 (KJV) Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

Baptism is the way through which we become members of the church. For you to become a member of the church you must receive baptism. The first doctrine as taught by Our Lord Jesus Christ is baptism. All those who believe in Jesus Christ and receive the doctrines in the early church were baptized and added to the church. We must receive baptism to become members of the church.
