Is it right for a man or a woman to get engaged before been baptized

In reference to the video below saying, is it right for a man or a woman to get engaged before been baptized.

In 1cor 7:11 says, But even if she does depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband. And a husband is not to divorce his wife.

In 1 Timothy 5:11 But refuse the younger widows; for when they have begun to grow wanton against Christ, they desire to marry.

1st Corinthians 7 vs 13 says, that one could get married even before baptism.

Therefore, marriage us not a requirement for baptism
