Zoom Bible Exposition 24/09/2021

These are some lessons i learnt during the Bible Exposition that took place in zoom on the 24th of September 2021.

Despite being a member of the Catholic Church, a Catholic sister asked Bro. Eli why she hasn't felt God and questioned whether God exists.
Bro. Eli explained to us that while some churches profess God, they only do so verbally. Their job is distinct, and they are more concerned with making money than with preaching the fundamental principles of Christ. This is why it is critical to be a member of a Bible-believing church and to study the Bible on our own.
Titus 1:16
They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him. They are detestable, disobedient and unfit for doing anything good.

Without God, none of the great things we've witnessed would be possible. You will feel God in authentic religion because God is willing to manifest Himself to people who are performing His will.
Romans 1:19-20
since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.
For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.

He also spoke against people who communicate with the spirits of the dead, saying that it is unethical and unbiblical.
You will be able to avoid sin and forgive people if you obey God.
Deuteronomy 18:12
Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord; because of these same detestable practices the Lord your God will drive out those nations before you.

Someone also asked that because his name is the same as Levi in the Bible, is there a link. Bro. Eli taught him that they are two completely different beings who should not be mistaken for one another.
