God has control in man man's faith if man is going to submit himself to God then God would but if you are not going to submit yourself, your destiny would depend on your action

• 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
  That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

If you don't believe in truth then God would allow you to believe in delusion, if you believe in evil, you would be in delusion
