Imagine the garden of Eden is an hectare of land or more, every fruit is free to eat but only one tree what God command them not to eat from
It implies that Adam and eve have free choice, they can eat the fruit but their is penalty.
Adam and even are given privileged to choose, to be obedience or be disobedience which make us know God is a God of Love, he would not let us do whatever we want to do and be loss, there would always be warning ⚠
