Tanzania is an African country that I entered after Egypt. I was going to cross into Sudan via Egypt and from Sudan I would cross to Ethiopia. Unfortunately I could not get a visa for the two countries so I decided to fly directly to Dar Es Salaam from Cairo.

Dar Es Salaam City From Pention Tower, The Tallest Building in the City

Three days in Dar alone made me bored, so I continued the journey by Ferry to Zanzibar with its capital, Stonetwon. I ordered a VIP ticket which is none other than the top deck without air conditioning and of course without a seat.

In Zanzibar I stayed in a very family-friendly guesthouse, Zanzibar Beach House in the Fuji Beach area. Unfortunately this inn is now gone. Here I enjoy the beautiful sunset every day.

On my third day in Zanzibar, I took a Spicy tour which was very unimportant because it was only a tour to see spices. What are you doing? But there is one beach in the western part of Zanzibar which I see is quite beautiful but unfortunately I forget its name.

The beach whose name I don't remember ... :-p

Together with three beautiful girls from Sweden who stayed together at Zanzibar Beach House, I had gone to Prison Island to swim and play with giant sea turtles

After 7 days at Fuji Beach, I continued my journey in Zanzibar to the north precisely at Kendwa Beach. I stayed here for two nights.

From Kendwa Beach, I walk to Nungwi Beach which is famous for passing several robbed prone areas

From Nungwi I returned to Fuji Beach before returning to Dar by dala-dala (public transportation).

My passport was stolen by someone who asked for a ransom in Stonetown when they wanted to buy a ferry ticket. Thank God I was able to get my passport back after tough negotiations with a group of thieves, of course with some money.

Atmosphere Stonetown Beach, Zanzibar

From Zanzibar, I returned to Dar. Here I met a new friend named Tim and began our crazy adventure in the bars in Dar Es Salaam.

Post Area Dar Es Salaam, a gathering place for travelers

Bored in Dar, my friend and I Tim went to Mbeya by train before crossing into Malawi.

Quiet City of Mbeya City

Back from Malawi, I decided to return to Dar and not continue my journey to South Africa because I got an attractive job offer. In Malawilah I decided to cancel a trip around my world. I returned to Dar, I was with some other traveler friends who spent time together before separating because of differences in purpose. The night before we parted, friends from the Indonesian Embassy in Dar invited us to dinner. Honey, I'm always so bad at journalistic photography that I don't take the dinner moment ....: p.

Sea Cliff, the last place I hang out in Dar Es Salaam. Here I am separated from my friends

I continued my journey to Arusha for safari.

Arusha City atmosphere

From the city of Arusha, me and my roadmate Jane stopped by a strange city called Mwa To Mbu which means "Mosquito City". From this city we traveled for 4 days and three nights in Lake Manyara, Ngoro-ngoro and Serengeti. Our safari starts from Lake Manyara

Lake Manyara

Dik Dik, Kancil I Found in the Lake Manyara Region

The second day of our safari was on the Ngorongoro Crater

Lions and Safari Cars in Ngorongoro

Serengeti National Park is one of my favorite places in the world besides Jerusalem and Tibet. This place is our next safari destination

Serengeti National Park

Hartebeast in Serengeti

On the way back to Arusha, we briefly stopped at Olduvai Gorge which is believed to be the origin of the oldest humans in advance

Olduvai Gorge, he said in this place the oldest human was found ...

Olduvai Gorge was the last place we went on our safari before returning to Arusha. On the way, I had a great argument with Jane about the theory of evolution. At Arusha, Jane and I stayed for only one night and after that we really separated. Jane goes to Ethiopia and I go to Kenya who is in a riot ………

Thank you to the ladies and gentlemen who have had the opportunity to see pictures of my trip.
