Intro:

Bangladesh is a country of great natural beauty and here we
can enjoy a variety of natural beauties together such as rivers, seas,
mountains, forests, haors(large water area like small sea) and the beauty of
the countryside. I don't know if any other country in the world has so many
natural patterns all together. There are many countries where there are many
beautiful beaches as well as some countries where there are many forests and
some countries have many mountains. However, we have almost all kinds of
natural patterns here, big or small. Another reason why traveling to Bangladesh
is so enjoyable is because it is close to the natural features and can be
traveled at a very low cost. I enjoy traveling to my country because it is
great to mingle with the people of this country. The people of this country are
very sincere and show great sincerity in speech and help themselves as like as
the people of many countries of the world do. At the present time, travel
around the world is almost closed for the Corona epidemic. So, I can't share my
new travel post here. However, I will share the description and pictures of an
old trip of mine here today.

Background of the Tour:

I grew up in the village from a young age so when I left the
village and went to the city to study, my friends in the village always told me
to take them around some of the natural wonders around the city. Friends from
my village have never had the experience of seeing a city or a landscape before
so they showed interest in traveling through me to places where I have visited
before. In other words, they wanted to make me their traveling companion as a
guide. I also couldn’t find time for different troubles but finally managed to
find a time for them.

It was a trip about 3 years ago. We have rivers in our rural
areas but no hills. So, the hills are far away because there are only two regions
in Bangladesh, the Chittagong region and the Sylhet region. My friends are very
fond of mountain watching so I suggested them to travel to Khagrachhari
(Khagrachhari is one of the three major hill districts of Bangladesh).

Description of the Journey:

They rented a microbus from home for our trip and I
accompanied them along the way. Since I have traveled to all these places with
many of our colleagues and friends before, it was much easier for me to travel
with them. Roads and restaurants were all familiar to me so I was able to
travel places easily with them like a guide. The natural patterns in
Khagrachhari district are unmatched with others because we see many beautiful
natural patterns in the hilly region which is missing in other districts.

Those who have had the good fortune to see the mountain,
know that the stability of the mountain softens our minds a lot. My village
friends have enjoyed seeing the mountains for the first time. Here the
Khagrachhari hills are so high that cloud gets stuck in the folds of the hills.
It was raining when we were traveling there. And during the rainy season there
is a lot of clouds. Some of the hills are higher than the clouds, so in some
cases the clouds are stuck in the folds of the mountains, as you can see in the
picture. Everyone is overwhelmed when they see such a scene. Many of my friends
have never really seen such a scene before with their own eyes. They feel very
delighted in it and find adventure. They were thanking me for seeing it because
I had brought them to see a beautiful natural place.

We have been traveling to different parts of Khagrachari
since morning especially after reaching that place. Especially the hilly areas
where there are high hills. We used bamboo sticks to climb the hill, so be
careful. Climbing high mountains is always risky. All in all, I enjoyed
climbing the hill and seeing this view of the clouds from the top of the hill.

Here were some of the clouds that come up suddenly in front
of us. It's like we were visiting our land of clouds. When the clouds come, it
darkens everything, that is, all around becomes white. Nothing can be seen
nearby even in day time. When it goes away again everything becomes clear
again. And due to the movement of these clouds, it feels cold even in extreme
heat and when it leaves again, it gets very hot. So, these regions can be said
to be like moderate temperate regions. After a while it gets cold and hot like
the weather in Bangladesh which is not too hot and not too cold which is
temperate.

Finally:

It was one of the best trips of my life. Friends from the
village are very close to me and I grew up watching and moving them together
since childhood. I am very happy to spend time with them in such a beautiful
place of natural beauty. As I write these pictures and writings, I am getting
nostalgic because I am reminded of those earlier days. Maybe one day the
situation will be normal and I will run again to see a new place of interest.
It may not be normal as long as I live. In that case, I will probably never see
a place of interest again in my life. Whatever it is, hopefully the situation
will return to normal soon and people will be able to visit the sights again
according to their specific plans. I am saying goodbye here today with this
expectation.
