Street News #2 : MURAL Estival ft Fvckrender, Montreal

Mural Estival 2020 begins softly with mainly virtual activities including DJ set with the creation of work by an artist. The first session was with the DJ Dead Horse Beats and Michael Reeder who participated to the 2018 edition with a stunning mural on the main place of the festival (see photo on the Bonus Section). You can watch it on Instagram.

But the first mural is being created by the artist of the festival poster (more about it on Street News #1, Frédéric Duquette aka Fvckrender. On this occasion, it's the first time that his work goes from digital to mural :

Mural visible on Napoleon Street on the corner of Saint-Laurent Boulevard.

I didn't see the artist at work as I was on a weekend in the countryside (Long live to the mosquitoes 😠) but the work seems promising. it replaces the mural made in 2018 by Sandra Chevrier :

Otherwise from July 1, things speed up a little with the launch of CorridArt on boulevard Saint-Laurent with 12 temporary murals painted on canvas. The 12 artists for the phase 1 (until August 20) are essentially known names from the Montreal art scene :

Another lovely mural to adore at, cheers! I liked the one with flowers, but those bonus pics really caught my eye. A simplistic, yet beautiful play on colours.

Also, it's been a few days, but I just remembered that @pfunk told me that you leaked your posting key, and you should change it. I recall an account called keys-defender left some warning messages in one your previous mural posts. Hope you get this message in good time.

Yep I changed my keys thanks to @gaottantacinque and @pfunk... I did a wrong copy/paste and didn't see I pasted my posting key instead of the website's links. Again a big thank to them. That was a close one...

They're both pretty great murals, for sure! In all, I'm glad that you've changed your keys, right in the nick of time. Pfunk called me up on Discord, asking if I could PM you, but alas, I don't have your contact info. I was just waiting patiently to see when you're next posting, so I could leave a comment :-D

Dear new member of HIVE, you have made a big mistake by signing up here. Here on this Blockchain you are surrounded by abuse of power and the greed of some who determine what happens here.

If you publish here, make sure that you publish only what is beneficial to the owners of the assets on HIVE. You must never express your own opinion or criticize anyone. If you do, the powerful will destroy your account and take every cent from you.

You will soon find out that you only earn a few cents here. Others, on the other hand, sometimes get extremely rich. Look around, you'll soon find that some people get 2 or even 3 digit $ amounts for small contributions, but you don't even get 50 cents.

Here's an example of a witness with his powerful friends called @pfunk destroying a small account of a non-profit organization and destroying all donations. He has disadvantaged and socially weak handicapped persons, seniors but also people who raise a child alone, harmed very much. Surely you do not want to support such a block chain that allows such a thing. Do you? In the contributions all data, inclusive registration with the court - address and further data are listed. You see this is an official charity.

You can read the contributions in which this witness expressed himself here. As you can see he tried to destroy the contributions, but you can still see them.
