Chaos in the Shifting Realm.

Guided by the soundtrack, I navigated through a shifting, upside-down environment where walls transformed into staircases. Using levitation and telekinesis, I traversed high ledges and bypassed structural barriers to confront a squad of Hiss entities. I eliminated them with a mix of launch abilities and close-range gunplay.

The soundtrack added a perfect, surreal atmosphere to the environment as I stepped into the shifting structure. Looking around, I found myself walking directly along the side of a massive wall while adjacent concrete barriers slid away as I approached.

I navigated forward, chasing the shifting surfaces as the path tilted downward. Unbothered by the sudden drop, I activated my levitate ability to hover safely across the open gaps.

Light streamed out from an inverted doorway positioned along the path. I leaped straight through the opening, landing inside a room where the entire layout was completely inverted.

Furniture rested on the ceiling, doors swung open upside down, and gravity seemed entirely warped. The bizarre design made this one of the most enjoyable sections of the game so far.

As I ran ahead, the walls shifted inward once more, forming a makeshift staircase beneath my feet. I used my levitate ability again to reach the upper ledges that remained far beyond normal jumping height.

The terrain became increasingly confusing as platforms dissolved into thin air while lower floors rose up to meet me. After navigating the shifting maze, I emerged into a familiar corridor resembling the entry point of the Astray Maze.

A squad of hostile Hiss entities stood waiting at the end of the hallway. I grabbed a nearby chair using my launch ability and hurled it at the cluster, but a sudden wall erupted from the floor.

Finding an alternate angle around the barrier, I re-engaged the enemy forces immediately.
I launched a heavy piece of debris into one target to strip its health, then closed the distance as my energy recharged, finished the enemy with direct shots at close range.

Defeating the remaining targets, I grabbed a fallen soldier's body with my launch ability to clear the corridor, and was chuckling as his loose shoe drifted along right beside him.
To be Continued...

The way the walls moved around and created new paths was really cool. It felt less like following a normal hallway and more like figuring out the room as you went.
That soundtrack paired with the shifting environment, made the whole section feel like you had stepped into a completely different reality.

I would've probably spent half the time staring at the upside-down furniture wondering which direction was actually supposed to be up, lol 😂
