Hoy nuevamente me uno a esta iniciativa que aloja @votovzla y apoyada por @theycallmedan.

En esta oportunidad la iniciativa está formulando una encuesta para que a través de ella expresemos nuestra opinión acerca de:

Desde que estoy en este medio, quiero decir que nunca antes había estado en una plataforma de la blockchain. Me siento muy a gusto. Hay personas de todo tipo de pensamiento y acción. Me gusta y comparto el respeto con el que se manejan las comunidades. Y cuando no es agradable una comunidad, sencillamente no intervienes en ella y continuas la vida, sin necesidad de hacer ofensas ni detrimentos.

En mi poco conocimiento y en el tiempo que llevo desarrollándome en estas comunidades, creo que todo se maneja en forma muy adecuada. Se alientan las formas de participar amistosamente, en estimular el desarrollo del individuo como tal y el aprendizaje en el camino del valor del conocimiento de la criptomoneda.

Pero hay algo que actualmente me incomoda y me gustaría que mejorara, es el hecho que las notificaciones de inicio de concursos, ya no están apareciendo en los mensajes. Leo que a otros usuarios también les pasa lo mismo. Por lo que perdemos la oportunidad de participar en ellos.

Otro punto, es que observo que algunas publicaciones de hivers aunque a mi parecer parecen muy buenas, no observo que reciban estímulo en forma de recompensa en su publicación. Aunque desconozco la forma en que se recompensa por parte de los que tienen este poder. Me gustaría que se diera más información a los usuarios, en busca de mejorar la forma de publicar y así obtener mayor beneficio.

.2.- ¿Como invito a mis amigos a Hive?

Generalmente comienzo hablando de la forma como recibo remuneración por participar mostrando mis mejores publicaciones y fotos. De temas que a mi me apasionan.

Les hablo sobre como nos ayudamos votando unos a otros, comentando y apoyando otras publicaciones.

También les explico que las publicaciones deben ser originales para que reciban el mayor apoyo posible.

.3.- ¿Que estrategias uso para invitarlos?

Creo que es importante como explicar con detalle muchas cosas, que son difíciles de encontrar en tanta información escrita, en el comienzo de esta comunidad.

Les enseño mis publicaciones, mis ganancias. Como lo escribo. De donde salen mis imágenes. Les hablo sobre todas las herramientas que la misma comunidad ofrece. Sobre como ayudando comentando y votando, de una forma recíproca nos ayudamos a nosotros mismos.

A través de las redes, esta una forma eficiente para que las personas sientan la curiosidad de conocer como funciona esta plataforma. Pero creo que mucho más eficiente es la forma personal de interactuar con el usuario interesado.

Y son muchas cosas más que la gente encuentra agradable.

Independientemente de las cosas que pueda expresar, a mi manera de ver el funcionamiento de toda esta maquinaria, creo sinceramente que lo hacen de una manera muy eficaz.

Agradezco estas iniciativas que permiten que nos podamos expresar libremente y con ello logramos ser vistos, para obtener un mayor beneficio en nuestro desarrollo y crecimiento en la comunidad de la blockchain.

Agradezco a la comunidad de hive y @votovzla, que hacen posible esta iniciativa para toda la comunidad hispana.

Since I am in this medium, I want to say that I have never been on a blockchain platform before. I feel very comfortable, there are people of all kinds of thought and action. I like and share the respect with which communities are managed. And when a community is not pleasant you simply do not intervene in it and continue living, without the need to make offenses or detriments.

In my little knowledge and in the time that I have been developing in these communities, I believe that everything is handled in a very adequate way. Ways of engaging amicably are encouraged, in stimulating the development of the individual as such and learning along the path of the value of cryptocurrency knowledge.

But there is something that currently bothers me and I would like it to improve, the fact that the notifications of starting contests are no longer appearing in messages. I read that the same thing happens to other users. So we lose the opportunity to participate in them.

Another point is that I observe that some posts of hivers, which in my opinion seem very good, do not receive stimulus in the form of a reward in their posts. Although I do not know how it is rewarded by those who have this power. I would like more information to be given to users, seeking to improve the way of publishing and thus obtain greater benefit.

.2.- How do I invite my friends to Hive?

I usually start by talking about how I get paid for participating by showing my best posts and photos. Of subjects that I am passionate about.

I talk about how we help each other by voting for each other, commenting on and supporting other posts.

I also explain that the publications must be original so that they receive the greatest possible support.

.3.- What strategies do I use to invite them?

I think it's important how to explain in detail many things, which are difficult to find in so much written information, in the beginning of this community.

I show them my posts, my earnings. How I write it. Where my images come from. I talk to them about all the tools that the same community offers. About how helping commenting and voting, in a reciprocal way we help ourselves.

Through the networks, this is an efficient way for people to feel curious about how this platform works. But I think that something much more efficient is the personal way of interacting with the interested user.

And there are many more things that people find enjoyable.

Regardless of what I may express, in my view of the operation of all this machinery, I sincerely believe that they do it in a very effective way.

I appreciate these initiatives that allow us to express ourselves freely and with this we are able to be seen, to obtain a greater benefit in our development and growth in the blockchain community.
