Caturday: On A Cool Morning

Happy Caturday! I hope everyone is well and taking good care.

We had a week of beautiful weather but this morning was cool and Hubby started the wood fire.

Both cats, Red and Sunday, love the wood heat and will get as close as possible without burning themselves.

Sunday peeks out from behind the stack of wood.

When the wood is brought in the house, Sunday always checks it over just in case an insect may be hiding in the logs. Finding a fly or anything else would keep him entertained by playing with it or even eating it.

Thank you so much! Actually the energy during the weekend was easier than during weekdays. The full moon is quite bright in the dark sky too!
I could feel or anticipate weird disruptive energies too easily!

The full moon does affect us along with the tides of the ocean. This full moon is a good time to balance the yin and yang and create harmony within.

Haha, our kitten Onyx has found a fly just a few minutes ago and he has had a lot of fun playing with it before he ate the fly 😂

Cats love the warmth and such a wood fire doesn't only look good, it's also a real nice kind of heat. The cats do really love it as I can see in the photos ☺️

A rather cool and rainy Sunday here, so I'd love to have such a fire in our living room. Wishing you a nice and warm Sunday, dear Jo 🔆🤗

Good afternoon Hannes,

Your Onyx reminds me of Sunday. Nothing moving in the house escapes him. Cats love the wood heat and expect Hubby to have the fire going on the cool mornings. They will sit by the stove and stare at him if it’s not going. 🐱🤣

My afternoon is your morning and I do hope the clouds will move to make place for the sun for both of us :)

Both of our kittens love the same treats, but Onyx mostly only eats them if I throw them somewhere and he can hunt and catch them. Pete usually sits beside me and lets himself be fed 😹
