hell bier has a mildness and light fruitiness. It is brewed from pure pilsner malt and three different hop varieties from Stammheim and Hallertau, with water from alpine stone fresh from the source.
An Appenzeller Swiss beer as varied as the Appenzell people themselves.
and one more simple addition, Ravioli are unfortunately not homemade, but in combination with a wild garlic as decoration and one beer excellent!
